“ Rooprekha Foundation- a blueprint for a better world ” was established in 2021. Started with a tiny step of granting small sum scholarship of Rs 500 per month to two meritorious yet economically challenged kids in Nagaon , today Rooprekha foundation has touched lives of 1000s of kids, youth and adults through various initiatives like Self Defence Training for women, health camp for transgender people, photography camp for the young enthusiasts amongst others. Rooprekha foundation had reached out to the landslide victims of Dima Hasao in 2022 with donations taken themselves by our young volunteers. We also were there as a humble helping hand to the flood victims of Chirang and Kokrajhar.Rooprekha Foundation advocates for mental health and suicide prevention as well where an online stress management Yoga demonstration was done and a musical jamming session was organised in Assam Engineering College attempting to spread awareness about suicide prevention.
Rooprekha Foundation refuses to get confined in some niche of Social Service. The foundation believes that any act of goodwill is an act of Godliness. We are for one, we are for all.
